We implemented the ‘Double Diamond’ (Discover, Define, Develop, Deliver) as a creative process, and with this fun and inclusive approach, the Jägermeister team was able to de-velop concrete ideas in the four core areas of naming, activation, rituals and tasting in a timely manny and while leveraging on the core consumer insights.
