Create a haptic experience through the customer journey which allows consumers to “feel” harnessed air - how does it move, how does it bounce, how is it fluid but unburstable?

GOAL

Our goal was to make customers feel AIR through a digital experience. This experience should be part of the customer journey and the consumer should be able to purchase the shoe at the end.

OUTCOME

Zalando is known for their digital excellence, therefore we developed a digital interactive overlay experience inspired by Nike AIR in 5 different languages (German, French, Italian, Spanish & Dutch).

CUSTOM BOX

For 500 special customers, we’ve developed a unique custom Zalando sneaker box. In this case the digital campaign inspired the offline world.
